Acceptable Use & Resource Policy
To maintain the integrity of our high-performance metal for all users, we strictly prohibit resource abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized hosting of Large Language Models (LLMs) or resource-intensive AI orchestration (e.g., Ollama) on non-Enterprise tiers.
- Cryptocurrency mining or sustained 100% CPU/IOPS saturation for non-standard workloads.
- Actions that negatively impact the Leapjuice Google Cloud backbone or network neighbors.
Legal Compliance & Content
Leapjuice is a United States company and operates in full compliance with US law. We do not permit the use of our infrastructure for:
- Illegal activities as defined by United States federal or state law.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, or engaging in phishing operations.
- Repeated copyright infringement. We maintain a strict DMCA policy and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts found in violation of these terms. Our priority is maintaining a secure, professional, and lawful environment for all sovereign creators on the Leapjuice network.
